Our Leadership
Mahalakshmi M graduated from CEG Guindy, Anna University, with a degree in Civil Engineering, and then secured her Masters in MBA – HR. She is a certified soft skills trainer, and has received certification in Corporate Social Responsibility. She holds over two decades of work experience in HR & IT fields in India and the United States. During her tenure in the US, she ran a successful start-up dealing with global clients.
She founded Maatrom HR Solution in 2015, with the vision to provide ‘end-to-end’ HR services for organisations to improve their business operations. Maatrom Solution’s key to success has been its ability to provide personalised high-quality HR Solutions with honesty, integrity and trust at the centre.
Maatrom HR Solution’s expertise covers the following – Recruitment, Organisation Development, HR Policy & Statutory Services, Performance Management, Training & Coaching and Corporate Social Responsibility.
